Alexander began playing tennis at age 2 with his father. His favourite surface is hard and grass court, shot is serve. Alexander’s team is made of his coach Artem Suprunov, his physiotherapist Juan Luis Marques, working in synergy to support him. Alexander turned professional in 2016 and debuted in Top 200, Top 150 and Top 100 in 2017. Alexander holds four ATP Tour titles including one ATP 500 event in Halle and three ATP 250 (Montpellier two times and Antwerp). Alexander also reached 7 other finals on the ATP Tour.
